The HR Generalist manages the administration of human resource policies, procedures and programs. Responsibilities are focused in the following functional areas: employment and orientation/on-boarding, training and development, employee relations, safety and workers compensation, compliance and employment law, and human resources metrics. As required, assists in the areas of organization development; company-wide committee facilitation; company-wide employee communication.
